We, Syntec Construction Public Company Limited
("the company"), hereby notify the resolutions of the
Board of Directors Meeting of the Company No.10/2006,
held on 24 October 2006, has reappointed Mr. Chaiwat
Atsawintarangkun as Chairman of the Audit
Committee,Miss Benjawan Sinkunakorn as Member of the
Audit Committee and Mr. Tawee Kullertprasert as
Member of the Audit Committee for another 3 years
term. Therefore, at on 18 November 2006.
