Notification on the signing contracts

We, Syntec Construction Public Company Limited ("SYNTEC"), would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand that SYNTEC signed the contracts to proceed the construction of new projects. For the details are as follows :

Project Description :
1. Building B: Build for 25-storey, 245-room of luxurious condominium and 238 car park.
2. Building C: Build for 33-storey, 166-room of luxurious condominium.
3. Building D: Build for 33-storey, 166-room of luxurious condominium.
4. Building E: Build for 264 car park and recreation centre with 7 retail shop.
5. Building F: Build for 216 car park and recreation centre. .
Value :Bath 574,766,355.14 (excluding VAT 7% )

Starting Date : 1 October 2005 (Construction started after LOI signing on dated 06/09/2005)

3. Building B: 1 building, 147-units.
4. Building C: 2 building, 420-units.
5. Building D: 2 building, 350-units.
6. Building E: 1 building, 161-units.

4. THE SAIL PATTAYA
Project Name : THE SAIL PATTAYA
Project Description : Construction of 44-stroey with 1 basement of high rise condominium and 40-storey with 1 basement of luxury hotel. .
Value : Bath 579,500,000.00 (excluding VAT 7%)
Period : 26.5 Months
Starting Date : 15 July 2006 (Construction started after LOI signing on dated 16/06/2006)
Owner : Grand Equity Development Co.,Ltd.
